Can I place an order and put delivery on hold until a later date?Updated 4 months ago
Yes, you can!
To do this, you have two options:
1. Call us and place your order over the phone on 01274 036 577 (08:00-16:30, Mon - Fri exc. bank holidays). You will be asked to choose a delivery date, but can ask the advisor to pop your order on hold instead!
2. Order online - during the checkout process you will be prompted to select a delivery date. Please choose one a few weeks away and then contact our team with your order confirmation number and request we place it on hold.
If your order has not been despatched, you can keep your order on hold for as long as you need to.
When you're ready to proceed, contact our team to take the order off hold. Please give us as much notice as possible to arrange delivery (we recommend avoiding last-minute requests, such as the day before, as most deliveries take 2-4 working days to get through the courier's network). This allows us to ensure smooth logistics and get your shed to you at the best possible time.
