Customers often ask if you can insulate a garden shed. Insulation works by slowing the transfer of heat, with the aim to prevent heat (or cold) from being transmitted – either from inside of the shed to the outside, or from the outside of the shed to the inside.

It is possible to insulate a garden shed but there is a bit of work to do to achieve this. There is framing in the shed which creates a void to allow you to insulate it, and then board over.
