What type of windows are available for your log cabins?Updated 3 hours ago

We offer several styles of windows on our log cabins, available in either uPVC or timber materials, all of which are opening & feature double glazing.

uPVC Windows

Glass:

Our uPVC Doors & Windows feature double glazed, toughened glass throughout. The glass is 4mm with a 20mm spacer, for a total thickness of 28mm for the glazing.

Styles

  • Standard uPVC Windows -  as fitted to our pent & apex log cabins, they measure approx 584mm x 1364mm.

  • Chalet uPVC Windows - as fitted to our chalet log cabins, they measure approx 585mm x 1028mm.

Features

Our uPVC cabin windows are tilt and turn units. Tilt and turn UPVC windows are a versatile and modern type of window design. They feature a unique mechanism that allows the window to open in two ways:

  • Tilt Position - The top of the window tilts inward, providing a small ventilation gap. This allows for controlled airflow while maintaining security and privacy.
  • Turn Position - The window can also swing fully open from the side, like a hinged door, offering wider access for cleaning or emergency exit purposes.

Timber Windows

Glass:

Our Timber Doors & Windows feature double glazed, toughened glass throughout. The glass is 4mm with a 6mm spacer, for a total thickness of 16mm for the glazing.

Styles

  • Standard Timber Windows -  as fitted to our pent, apex & chalet classic log cabins, they measure approx 580mm x 1033mm.

  • Workshop Timber Windows - as fitted to our pent, apex & chalet workshop log cabins, they measure approx 1033mm x 580mm.

Features

Our timber cabin windows open in just the one way, this allows you to create plenty of ventilation within the log cabin.
