Please note that we need to be notified of any changes with sufficient notice, please see the below for more information.
Sheds, Decking & Accessories:
We despatch these orders 2-5 working days prior to your agreed delivery date, if you need to amend anything on your order please let us know at least 6 working days in advance so this can be actioned.
Log Cabins, Pergolas & Gazebos:
Our larger products cannot be amended once a delivery date has been confirmed with the courier without incurring a charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made so we can look into this for you.
*Please note bespoke orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed.
